Frequently asked

Is my money safe? What permissions does the API key need?
Your funds stay on your exchange at all times — we never hold your assets. You only grant trading permissions (no withdrawal permission). We strongly recommend you do NOT enable withdrawals on any API key connected to SignalBot.
Which exchanges are supported?
We currently support Binance, Bybit, and KuCoin. All three support both spot and futures trading. We're actively working on adding more exchanges. Testnet mode is available so you can test without risking real funds.
How fast is the execution?
Signal-to-order latency is typically under 1 second. Once a signal passes parsing and risk validation, the order is dispatched to your exchange immediately. Market orders fill at the best available price; limit orders are placed at the signal's specified entry.
Do I get a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can try all Pro features during the trial. After 14 days you'll be moved to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel any time from the Billing page inside the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
What is paper trading?
Paper trading simulates trades without sending real orders to your exchange. It's great for testing a new signal group or fine-tuning your risk settings before going live. All stats and analytics work normally in paper mode.
